Position summary

Interested in creating mission critical solutions? Together with our other delivery centers around the world, we provide development and sustainment services for our clients, both pre- and post-implementation. Here you’ll get the chance to work on projects that will build your technical and business skills and help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value.

Work you’ll do
In this role, you’ll be able to successfully design and implement Salesforce.com solutions that meet clients’ business requirements, are maintainable, scalable, and contribute to their long-term prosperity. In addition to managing data and designing applications that maximize user productivity, you’ll also help develop analytics-based tracking metrics to effectively measure clients’ sales and marketing performance.

The team
Our US Delivery Center team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. We work with clients and help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses’ operations, processes, and performance. Desired profile

Qualifications
Required
• Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related area
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and simplify complex technical issues for clients
• Knowledge of software development principles
• Knowledge of relational database principles, data modeling and schemas
• Hands-on programming experience through coursework or internship and specific expertise in Java or .Net and SQL
• Willingness to travel up to 15 percent of the time

Preferred:
• Prior internship or work experience in Salesforce.com or with other CRM technologies
