Our Legal practice offers a complete range of legal services to its clients. Our legal experts have considerable international and Bulgarian experience in all fields of law related to business, such as corporate law, commercial law, M&A, social security and labor law, banking law, foreign exchange regulations, law, intellectual property, competition and consumer protection, telecommunications, transport law and infrastructure projects, procurement, and etc.

Following the expansion of our legal services practice, we are currently looking for talented and ambitious students, who would like to start their professional path in a leading Top500 company.

 

Legal Internship Program

 

Responsibilities:
• Acquire knowledge for the legal profession through on-the-job training and practical experience in client advisory engagements;
• Apply this knowledge to assist, as appropriate, in the timely resolution of any technical or client service issues;
• Coordinate and communicate activities with engagement management; support the Legal team in their daily client-related activities;
• Organize, administer and translate internally all necessary steps for quality execution of current client engagements;

 

Qualifications:
• Students in their third / fourth year of studies majoring in Law;
• Good theoretical knowledge of corporate, commercial and labor law;
• Ability to commit to part-time internship;
• Strong communication skills;
• High level of initiative and commitment;
• Fluency in English.
