Position summary

Our Strategy & Operations Consulting team is known for its straightforward approach to solving our clients' most complex business challenges. We work hand-in-hand with clients to providecustomised solutions around their business strategy, organisation, processes and operations, leveraging on the different strengths of our firm.

What is it about?

 

As a Junior Consultant, you will:

·  Be involved, after a training period, in a wide variety of projects related to business strategy, process efficiency improvement or information technology
·  Assist our clients to solve complex issues, design and implement end to end solutions, together with other Deloitte professionals in Luxembourg and abroad
·  Perform rigorous research and analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities
·  Build trust based relationships with clients (in various industries: financial services, insurances, banks, investment funds, manufacturing, public sector etc...)

Who are you?

To be the right fit for this position, you have to:

·  Hold a Master's degree level in business administration, economics or engineering
·  Have distinctive academic results
·  Show knowledge of the financial services industry, products, services and structure
·  Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Be a Self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise , open-minded
·  Be fluent in French and English, German would be considered as an asset
·  Be ready to move Internationally
