Consulting – HR Transformation & Technology, Business Analyst

Your challengeTo assist our clients from various industries in designing and implementing HR strategies and in the implementation and utilization of technologies enabling them to process and analyze their HR data to develop talents, improve their internal collaboration and foster innovation. Starting from an analysis of Human Capital processes, organizational structures and technologies, as well as social media and mobile solutions opportunities, you will support the development of concepts, prepare improvement recommendations and assist the implementation of the recommended solutions. You will be involved in the analysis and preparation of recommendations regarding our clients’ HR and HR IT strategy, in supporting the customers for an optimized use and adoption of new Human Capital processes and technologies, and you will perform the evaluation and introduction of new internet and mobile applications as well as social media. As a Business Analyst, you will be immediately and fully integrated into a project team where you will be able to learn from experienced colleagues while preparing, organizing and delivering projects to our customers. Your first priorities will be focused on data analysis, research, preparing presentations and the creation of project documentation. In addition, Business Analysts typically support internally the development of new service products in the Consulting area. Your profile
- University degree in computer science or computer science economy
- Experience and interest in Human Capital management and the implementation of technologies in this area (SAP HCM, SaaS Solutions, Mobile Apps, Social Technologies, etc.)
- Experience with the development of mobile apps is a plus (Android, iOS)
- Personally very active with social media (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- You have creative thinking skills in the area of solution design and improvement, innovation and user experience
- You are willing to take responsibility and to work independently
- You are interested and willing to learn about new technologies in Human Capital, to support implementation projects and lead projects yourself later
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing, fluent in German and/or French; other languages would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
