Our Apprenticeship Scheme offers you the opportunity to work in Customer Services or HR (you will be asked to confirm your choice during the selection process) in a busy, fast paced and diverse environment.
Why Customer Services?
Our Customer Services teams provide high quality first line support across our service desks, which include HR, IT, Finance, Central Bookings and Switchboard. Whether dealing with inbound or outbound interactions with employees, partners, suppliers or clients, the emphasis is to provide a consistently high level of customer service. We deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users in a timely and accurate manner utilising all technologies available to them.
Our team delivers effective and efficient HR administration for all matters relating to future, current and former employees. This includes supporting new joiners on their journey into the firm and providing guidance on policies and processes throughout their careers. You will rotate through the different teams within HR and experience all aspects of an employee’s lifecycle, building strong relationships and providing support to meet their individual needs.
Deloitte apprenticeships are all about leaning and developing. You’ll get everything you need to thrive and grow. Study time is factored in to your working week, so you can achieve your qualification. You’ll get an NUS card too.
Your qualification will depend on the team you join:
· Customer Services - Customer Services NVQ (levels 2 & 3)
· HR - Business Administration (level 2) and Certificate in Personnel Development (level 3) qualifications.
You will receive a full study package and time off to attend college but, with Deloitte your professional qualification is only part of the story. We support all our trainees with a blended approach to training and development, classroom study, 1:1 coaching and support and, as you progress, technical and skills training to enable you to progress to management and leadership positions.
You will spend time away from the office to attend classes for tuition and revision stages of each exam. The classroom taught approach means that you will have the support of your peers and valuable study time for your exams.
We also operate a number of in-house training courses which will give you technical insight to assist you to keep up with changes in legislation and case law, both in the UK and worldwide.
