Technical Support Engineer – Dutch Speaker

Casablanca, Morocco

Are you a brilliant problem solver who could provide front-line support for a game-changing, enterprise-wide support service? Do you want to be a hero to Dell’s customers by resolving their complex IT issues? We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer-Dutch Speaker to join our remote technical assistance team in Casablanca , as well as providing telephone and email assistance to our European customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk.

We go out of our way to give our customers the help they need. Our Enterprise Technical Support team specializes in our most highly technical and sophisticated products – from IT hardware and software to servers, networking, storage and the cloud. Issues can span installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance and usage. Fully trained on the latest upgrades or new products, the team can diagnose the problem and recommend the right solution remotely by telephone, e-mail, chat or online.

Key Responsibilities

·  Provides first Level Technical Support on Dell supplied products and/or peripherals
·  Identifies and resolves issues affecting customer client systems
·  Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution
·  Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
·  Assumes a proactive role in technical support call avoidance by identifying known problems and documenting resolutions

Essential Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, hardware or software obtained in the last 12 months
·  Fluency in Dutch with a good level of English & French
·  Excellent telephone and customer handling skills
·  Ability to deal professionally with demanding customers
·  Ability to learn new products and technologies
