About Business Unit & Role overview:

The TEM (Telecom Expense Management) Payables Analyst will accept, review and process telecom invoices, ensuring they accurately reflect authorized changes made on Dells vendor accounts. Additionally, this role will pursue credits from the carrier for billing errors, align with Accounts Payable, Finance and other Telecom Operations Management team members to ensure Dell processes are followed, and Telecom Vendors are paid accurately and in a timely manner.

The Sr. Telecom Expense Analyst will execute comprehensive product delivery programs and activities for our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) product line. TEM includes the full telecom lifecycle including provisioning, activation, deployment, configuration, asset management, and systems management of TEM process and tools.  Additionally, this role will require a customer focused candidate, with strong attention todetail, and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectively.

Key Responsibilities

·  Operational support of Dell internal and external Telecom Expense Management and Telecom Lifecycle functions.
·  Validate and audit monthly rates to contractual terms for multiple vendors in the APJ/India region, disputing variances directly with the carrier.
·  Work within the Telecom Expense Management tool to resolve variances in inventory for both wireline and wireless services.
·  Partners with TEM Analysts, Procurement and Finance teams consisting of Dell team members located in multiple regions.
·  Performing project and non-project related tasks and activities to support the department’s goals and objectives.
·  Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments.

Essential Requirements

·  Knowledge of the telecom lifecycle and telecom expense management industry.
·  Extensive knowledge of the methodologies to enable the TEM at the technical layers (e.g. provisioning, change management, asset/inventory management, reporting, optimization, contract management).
·  Minimum 3 years of professional work experience specifically coming from Telecom Expense Management.
·  Associate’s degree, Bachelor preferred
·  Strong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
·  Demonstrated Strategic and Organization agility.

Desirable Requirements

·  Knowledge of the Sakon/GSG telecom expense management platform
