Role Overview
The GRO (Global Revenue Operations) team are a multi-cultural, diverse service team, with customer focus, dedication, agility and expertise in the field of revenue recognition & order entry. The team is an integral cog in Dell EMC’s Order-to-Cash cycle with extensive knowledge in the processes & systems, relentlessly focusing on execution, quality and efficiencies
Key Responsibilities
· Translation support, both written & verbal, Japanese and Korean language.
· Has understanding of the order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.
· Applies revenue recognition fundamentals and demonstrate an ability to apply them to transactions.
· Builds relationships with internal customers and cross functional internal departments in order to manage information and the timely resolution of issues
· Report to management the current status of orders and communicate the action plan to ensure orders are processed for assigned territory
· Maintains accountability and an appropriate sense of urgency.
· Power users on Dell EMC Revenue Systems for International Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Global Services, etc.
· Act as intermediary between Dell EMC USA and International Subsidiaries.
· Administration of global business practices; liaise with our partners & customers in GRA, GBS, Governance, PSC, Sales & the wider EMC Community.
· Responsible for reviewing & managing all sales orders within APJC, EMEA an US for completeness and accuracy.
· Reports to management weekly on backlog & pending deals
· Develops action plan for non-complete orders
· Provides support to various EMC departments
· Primary contact for Field Sales, Operations, Finance and Manufacturing
Essential Requirements
· 3 to 4 years experience in Order management or order to cash domain with graduation in any stream.
· Good Verbal and written communication skills, Sense of Urgency
· Attention to detail & Ability to multi task
· Work within a team environment and independently.
· Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)..
· Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
· Has strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability.
