Our team of engineers at Virtustream work to design, build and operate aninfrastructure-as-a-servicecloud for some of the biggest companies in the world. Our team is looking for individuals to help create the foundation for a distributed, API driven micro-service to automate our cloud-scale platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·  Meet with subject matter experts to gather requirements, and understand the expected use cases
·  Develop and deliver solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet or exceed the requirements to achieve the business goals of the organization
·  Build automated tests for all developed solutions
·  Be an ambassador for the ServiceNow platform and educate our business partners how to better leverage the native features, as well as helping them understanding the customization capabilities.
·  Participate in Agile development process such as sprint planning, retrospective, and sprint demo meetings

Essential Requirements

·  At least 3 years of development in a complex or large-scale organization
·  Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing with JavaScript
·  Minimum 1 year experience developing solutions that utilize REST APIs

Desirable Requirements

·  Broad understanding of general IT operations with a mindset to show how ServiceNow can improve those operations
·  Familiar with, and utilizes ServiceNow best practices
·  Knowledge of the CMDB functions of ServiceNow
·  Experience working in an SCRUM team
