RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Collaborate with campaign leaders to build and drive time-bound project plans, including stakeholder mapping, to meet business requirements and expectations for the campaign
·  Coordinate, manage and drive cross-functional meetings (e.g. core & extended stakeholder meetings).
·  Responsible for tracking the status, escalating issues and providing updates in relation to overall progress against multiple project plans. 
·  Establish an agreed workflow process to track key actions, agree timelines, solve issues and ensure all deadlines are maintained.
·  Update project dashboards to keep key executive stakeholders informed of progress and aware of any escalation requirements.
·  Work with peers to establish and align on best practices and consistency of process between campaigns.
·  Implement industry best practices in terms of project management, agile, etc. into the operationalization process for campaigns.

Education/Experience/Skills (Required):

·  Three plus years of experience required as a program manager or project manager
·  Project Management Certification a plus
·  Experience with Clarizen, Trello or similar an advantage
·  Agile methodology/trained desirable
·  Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
·  Collaborative, supportive, approachable and tenacious team management skills
·  Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Must be able to manage, prioritize and escalate where required on multiple projects at a time from multiple team members
·  Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing
·  Expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·  Mastery of process and workflow for creative projects
·  Must have the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
·  Promote organizational effectiveness by anticipating and dealing with both common and new problems
·  Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate through influence with a variety level of program stakeholders; demonstrated client management skills
·  Ability to stay calm, professional, agile and positive in a dynamic and fast-paced client environment
·  Experience in a high-tech, B2B environment preferred
