Dell has established a financial services business within the Group – Dell Bank International d.a.c. which trades as Dell Financial Services (DFS) - to provide financial services support to its EMEA customers. Dell Bank International d.a.c. is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. 

The Role:
This role is to support DFS EMEA Operations as business volume grows both organically and through geographic and acquisition expansion.  The DFS Operations Teams provides first class support to maximise the value proposition for Dell & its partners.  DFS Operations is at the heart of the end to end customer experience from new business applications, creating leasing contracts, ensuring AML adherence and quality assurance to Customer Care requirements during the life of a lease and End on Lease management upon completion of a lease.

Key Responsibilities

·  Business process improvements (BPI):  Lead the design and develop solutions for BPI for all parts of Care Operations and Central operations whilst simultaneously liaising with additional functional stakeholders, particularly the Asset Mgmt. team.  
·  Continually look for ways to improve processes, working with all DFS teams and functional leads to implement improvements. 
·  Good problem solving skills – ability to use different systems’ information and/or seek help from different internal business departments to resolve “road blocking”issues.   
·  Act as business analyst & operations subject matter expert (SME):  First point of contact for process and procedures queries on operations from all DFS functions in particular from Care Operations teams and Asset Management. Accordingly, some travel may be required.
·  Training:  Train and coach teams on new processes, products, etc. to ensure they are fully understood and embedded.
·  Oversight:  Provide oversight and governance for all processes that are provided outside of Dell Bank in Ireland.   Create metrics & dashboards to monitor the performance of DFS Asset Management and Care Operations teams.  Attend periodic review meetings with management of DFS Operations.
·  Systems:  Provide expert knowledge and input into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) & future enhancements for in-house applications
·  Strong team player with ‘can do’ attitude & ability to work on own initiative. Works under general direction – is comfortable working collaboratively in a small team where cross-skills are critical to achieving shared success.  Strong attention to detail, administration and organisational skills & very good communication skills / fluent written and oral English

Essential Requirements

·  3 years of relevant experience
·  Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
·  Prior leasing knowledge
·  Second European language
