Managing a product throughout its lifecycle, our Merchandising professionals translate business goals into product strategies, assortments and specifications. It’s their vision that simultaneously fulfills company strategy and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

·  Detail oriented execution of all marcom, site promotions, & product launches
·  Responsible for accuracy of product placement, price, promotion
·  Ensures visibility to the lead regarding each placement to align on strategy
·  Owns relationship between online LOB leads, marketing vehicle leads and merchandising
·  Provides valuable insights on performance and merchandising opportunities to improve performance and CSAT
·  Coordinate with merch lead(s) weekly to tie off on any help needed/ alignment

Essential Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree required: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1+ years with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
·  Understanding of ecomm industry
·  Ability to assess the competitive market and report out to stakeholders
·  Working knowledge of assigned product lines
·  Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
·  Strict attention to detail
·  Strong analytical ability
