This role reports to the Inventory Control Sr. Manager.
Role Responsibilities
· Ensure financial reliability through reconciliations, count activities, monitoring, and audits.
· Monitor vendor performance and drive adherence to contractual service levels.
· Establish and manage stakeholder communication process.
· Assess physical and system inventory controls for compliance with Dell policy requirements
· Identify issues driving inventory variances or operational issues and develop solutions that address the root-cause
· Manage and deliver quarterly audit plan
· Lead and drive innovation and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in supply chain, operations, finance/accounting, and/or inventory control.
· - At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or IT.
· - Analytical skills with Bachelor degree is required.
· - Ability to perform data queries and analytical procedure to large datasets.
· - Ability to analyze operational and financial information to develop solutions.
· - Experience with inventory warehouse systems is preferred
· - Ability to Program Manage and PMP certification is preferred
· - Minimum Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Access & Power Point.
Preferences
· Experience with Accounting reconciliation processes
· Understanding of inventory accounting
