Role Responsibilities

Individual contributors responsible for selling Dell EMC's products, solutions and services to specified Swiss-German channel partners. This position is \'quota Carrying\', meaning there is a bi-annual Revenue target to reach.

·  Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new partner within their end user base.
·  Functions as the primary inside sales support to the field sales leader which is the overall account manager. Partners with all sales internal resources, including channel (as applicable) in both strategy and execution.
·  Trains partner on channel program benefits with focus on training, certification and enablement.
·  Works with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
·  Interfaces between the partner and Dell EMC teams to ensure that service level agreements are met and any channel conflict is resolved.
·  Leads all quoting efforts for partner led opportunities either through completing the quotes or by guiding the BU specialists to complete the quotes.

Qualifications:

·  Excellent communication skills: be able to communicate in German, English (French would be an advantage)
·  Ability to recommend business IT solutions considering customer needs and Dell EMC interests. Good hardware knowledge (clients, server infrastructure, storage, back-up system), general software knowledge, service knowledge
·  Customer focus and experienced in complex sales/business situation
·  Ability to change in response to a rapidly moving competitive environment and to identify and develop sales opportunities
·  Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work/sales experience
·  Related, industry or segment experience, an asset
·  Drive for results & priority setting
