Key Responsibilities
· Identify & close new business opportunities through proactively calling an established or new account base & selling our product & services
· Monitor competitive activity within accounts and take appropriate pro-active / re-active measures to protect existing revenue base and growth opportunities Execute daily activity levels including call and quote activities
· Build partner account plans for the partners in your portfolio
· Work & engage with the Field sales forces to help close large deals + also to drive growth and an increased share of wallet with specific accounts
· Resolve customer concerns in an efficient and timely manner regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service and finance
· Carry out partner portfolio reviews with your direct manager such as – developing account base, gap analysis, share-of-wallet information on each account, review growth potential, etc
Desired profile
Essential Requirements
· Minimum of 2-4 years sales experience
· Educated to Degree or equivalent
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets
· Strong relationship selling skills and drive for results
· Excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English and Norwegian
· Ability to act as sales consultant to support customer and partner needs
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes
Desirable Requirements
· Channel sales experience
· IT industry knowledge
· Microsoft Office proficient
· Financial acumen
