Global Customer Program Manager Advisor
Role Overview Summary
As a Global Customer Program Manager Advisor, you will be part of the Global Sales Operations Organization and responsible for supporting Dell customers that leverage the Dell Global Customer Program.
If you have Project or Program management experience and you are a self-driven individual, looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge to support our customers; while expanding your global network and your understanding of Dell international capabilities, then the Global Customer Program organization is the place for you.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as proven leadership and networking skills, as the role requires interaction at all organizational levels and the ability to resolve unique situations that arise due to the different requirements of our global customers. You will be responsible for aligning your projects to business goals, managing stakeholders, communicating project status/milestones, and solving unexpected difficulties or roadblocks for your projects.
Role Responsibilities
The Dell Program Manager will assure that all necessary activities are completed as scheduled to support the program such as, administrative processes, order placement process design, order status/tracking process design, custom process specification, product constraints identification, and logistics/delivery issues communications. The Global Program Manager addresses and coordinates specific program requirements by leveraging a network of Dell experts from around the globe.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
• Advanced communication skills.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizing, priority setting and planning skills.
• Proven leadership skills. (Team lead/Manager/Coach/Trainer or similar)
• Ability to network and build business relationships.
• Understanding of Project Management language and methodologies.
• Strong research and problem solving skills.
