Role Overview

The FinancialForce PSA Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting and customizing SecureWorks’ Salesforce.com and FinancialForce PSA implementation. Activities will include responding to user support requests, system administration, system customization, report and dashboard creation, training end-users on new and existing functionality and evaluating new features. In addition to acting as System Administrator for the Salesforce.com and PSA applications, the successful candidate may support and solutions maintain other technology in the IT software portfolio.

 

Role Responsibilities

-Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of a 1000+ users implementation of FinancialForce PSA and Salesforce.com including managing users, creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layouts, installation and support of app exchange applications and maintaining a strong security model

-Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution

-Configure and maintain “sandbox” environments to facilitate successful development and QA testing of new features and functionality

-Develop and implement training plans, including the creation of training material, for users

-Ongoing development and support of PSA business processes, revenue recognition, project completion and associated calculations for projects of varied billing types in an FFIEC-Compliant organization

-Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

-Identify customer needs and translate into business requirements for development, ensuring they get maximum benefit from Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA applications

 

· 
·  3-5 years of Salesforce/ FinancialForce administration experience
·  Familiarity with workflows and approval processes
·  Perform org customization of force.com fields, page layouts, custom tabs, objects and applications
·  Capability to do data imports (using data loader or other tools)
·  Experience in a professional services business
·  Understanding of Salesforce security (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets)
·  Confident in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions
·  Develop process documentation
·  Create and Maintain Reports and Dashboards
·  Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
·  Outstanding PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
·  Ability to self-manage in an fast paced environment
·  Development experience on the salesforce platform a plus
