Key Responsibilities
The EMEA MDF Coordinator is responsible for the diversified administrative & business operation duties for the MDF program in EMEA, delivering a high level of services to the Dell EMC Partners (externally) & Dell EMC Partner Sales & Marketing Teams (internally).
· He will demonstrates knowledge of Dell EMC MDF policy, processes & tools, and excel for advanced reporting purposes.
· Supporting the EMC Partner Marketers in the Quarterly Partner MDF Planning process, consolidating the various quarterly Partners MDF plan into 1 EMEA plan, prior to management review, preparing data for proposal MDF activity creation
· Ensuring MDF activity request compliance review
· Ensuring, on an ongoing basis, that Partner MDF activity requests are complying with the MDF program guidelines and aligned with the reference Partner MDF plan.
· Delivering MDF Reporting (~15%), delivering both regular & ad-hoc Reports, to both Dell EMC Partner Sales & Marketing stakeholders on the MDF usage & performance (such as ROI report, distributor Mktg KPO report, etc …)
· Enabling Dell EMC Partner Marketing & Dell EMC Partners on MDF program & process (~30%), external engagement (directly or via concierge service) to resolve queries around payments
· Support MDF Operations lead on stakeholder enablement & follow up (5%)
