We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.


This role will support Dell Financial Services (DFS) by managing the sales-maker account assignment process for multiple segments and regions across the global DFS organization. Sales-maker and account alignments are vital to ensuring accuracy in various reporting across DFS, including Executive-level reporting and Sales Compensation. This is a fast-paced, dynamic and highly visible role that works closely with multiple business partners across the Sales and Finance organizations.

Key Responsibilities

· 
Specific responsibilities include:

·  Work with DFS Sales Leaders and Dell EMC sales support teams to align DFS sales-makers globally into appropriate roles and accounts sets
·  Validate and maintain account alignments and changes throughout the year and at the start of a new quota period
·  Coordinate account alignment uploads and changes with multiple teams across DFS and Dell EMC
·  Ensure account alignments and related reporting are accurate on an ongoing basis and accurately reflect appropriate changes
·  Standardize account alignment process and requirements across multiple segments and regions globally to increase efficiency and improve controls
·  Provide historical revenue data for alignments as needed to support business partners on an ongoing basis
·  Support business partners with account level reporting on an ad-hoc basis

Essential Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field / 3+ years of previous experience
·  Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, filters, charts, v-lookups, etc.)
·  Ability to use and understand SQL a plus
·  Strong analytical skills and experience working with and manipulating large datasets
·  Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
·  Detail-oriented, organized and ability to work with ambiguity
·  Proactive, ability work independently and adaptive to changes
·  Collaborate and communicate effectively with business partners from Sales, Finance, Sales Support, etc.
·  Background in sales operations, sales support or sales reporting preferred
·  Working knowledge or understanding of Dell Sales Alignment process, Affinity and SFDC (i.e., GAMA, GSAT) preferred but not required
