Within the Information Technology Technical Support department at Dell, we are looking for an IT Technical Analysis, Sr. Analyst ( IT Technical On-site Support ) to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Installs and supports both hardware and software components for user group,
·  Performs preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment,
·  Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources,
·  Analyzes basic business needs and recommends ways to optimize PC hardware resources in achieving business objectives,
·  Addresses and resolves hardware, software and customer issues,
·  Engages users to determine their potential future business requirements,
·  Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction.

Essential Requirements:

·  3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree,
·  Strong customer focus,
·  Good troubleshooting skills,
·  Intermediate understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment,
·  Strong communications skills with different stakeholder groups within the company,
·  Strong knowledge of Polish and English languages in speaking and writing,
·  Ability to perform in a dynamic environment and under time-pressure.
