Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement Department is responsible for supporting the company in gaining planned business results via using methodology and tools of continuous improvement. Our mission is to create a culture of improvement through the engagement of our employees in our CI programs (Kaizen Program, Lean Six Sigma Projects). Continuous Improvement includes all fields of the organization and focuses strongly on quality and efficiency improvement of our business processes. With our Training Team we introduce our culture code to new employees and implement principles of safety, quality and appropriate working standards into the production processes. We also strongly support new products implementation, problem solving and procedures writing. On a daily basis Continuous Improvement Specialist:

·  Leads / supports continuous improvement projects or programs,

·  Implements lean manufacturing activities (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba) to optimize production process for continuous improvement,

·  Participates in problem solving groups,

·  Analyzes root causes of problems to implement continuous improvement actions,

·  Periodically collects, reports and reviews the impact of continuous improvement initiatives,

·  Creates charts, graphs, and other visualizations to provide recommendations and insights.

Essential Requirements:

·  Analytical skills and unconventional approach to solving problems / creativity,

·  Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem-solving tools,

·  Ability to efficiently communicate in English and Polish (both verbal and written),

·  Good knowledge of MS Office,

·  Students(last year of studies) or graduates(max. 12 months after graduation) from: Production Management,  Engineering, IFE or other related field,

·  AvailabilityfromMonday to Friday.
