Customer Care Sr. Associate - Panama
Role Overview
The role is performed through facilitating customer order fulfillment, monitoring and tracking issues to ensure accurate resolution. reviewing and distributing pertinent cross-functional information, and providing direct advice and guidance for public and large enterprise customers in United States.
Role Responsibilities
· Responsible for end to end solutions for post-sales service to customers
· Review and distribute cross functional information
· Directs customer calls to the proper location and department
· Provides options for those customers who want to return Dell products
· Negotiates with customer using various tools and techniques provided by Dell
· Acts as a liaison between the customer and manufacturing, sales, technical support, and financial services
· Deescalated customers situation
Desired profile
Requirements
· Advanced English level
· Early in career or less than 12 months since graduation
· Manage time and prioritize effectively
· Organization and problem solving skills
· Working research and analytical skills
· Demonstrate professionalism when working on the phone and in email. -Advance Written skills
Preferences
· Tech Basic Knowledge
· 2 years of experience in customer service
