Role Overview:

This associate-level professional will contribute to the development of training for Dell Technologies Services, their partners and customers. Courses in the curriculum will include both classroom (ILT and Online ILT) and self-paced (eLearning and Video ILT) training. Focused in developing expertise and skills in one or more disciplines of Dell Technologies Portfolio (End user computing devices, storage platforms, storage networking, server, networking, cloud, virtualization, business continuity, and/or emerging technologies) this individual will work within project teams to ensure that courses and assessments are technically accurate and relevant to the current field environment. In addition to developing both technology/product competence and training capabilities, this individual will need to be self-motivated and contribute in cross-functional, dynamic project environments.

Education Qualification: BE/B. Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic and Communications or Electrical and Electronics )

Key Responsibilities:

·  Designs, develops, delivers, authors or edits basic, intermediate and advanced e-learning, web- based and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences including employees, end-user customers, partners, resellers, distributors or systems integrators
·  Develops technical expertise in one or more technology areas through intensive training and on the job experience
·  Assists in the setup, configuration and maintenance of lab infrastructure used for training development and delivery, including testing and validating lab exercises
·  Assists in training delivery through classroom and lab support of lead instructor
·  Contributes to training development as part of a team
·  Developing content that are more engaging to the learners.
·  Develop timely and technically accurate training content
·  Evaluates student and instructor feedback for course updates

·  Analytical skills combined with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams
·  Good Writing and Communication Skills
·  Good team and interpersonal skills
·  Basic knowledge of Scrum and Agile process
·  Basic knowledge of Content development, editing and publishing tools
·  Strategic Thinking and Agility
·  Teaming, Collaboration and Influencing skills

Desirable Requirements:

·  Instructional Design and Content Development Skills
·  Basic Understanding of Adult Learning Theory
·  Ability to interact with team members and stakeholders that are both internal and external
