Accounting Analyst

Job description

• Accurate and timely GAAP Financial attribution on SnP SKUs with no material accounting adjustments as a result of incorrect attribution

• Month end close support to ensure all SKU attributed and resolved attribution related issues in timely manner to enable the Accounting closing

• Perform or support any CSA and SOX audit and testing as necessary

• Ensure all SnP attribution rules are in line with latest SnP accounting guidance

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of SnP Monarch Products Offering Code (POC) attribution and feedback on escalation requests

• Involve in continuous process improvement and project. Work with project team to rectify exceptions and closes all gaps identified

• Maintain compliance with accounting guidance and ensure consistent process across the region and globally

• Prepare & provide ad-hoc information/data analysis as & when required

Desired profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualification

• Excellent communication skills & proficient in English

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)

• Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task

• Results oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player
