Deliveroo is passionate about great food, so we need someone who can help share this passion with our customers.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving order volume and new customer acquisition across Australia. You will help execute marketing plans that grow our business by supporting our restaurant partners and managing media campaigns. You will work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Account Management teams to execute these plans and ensure Deliveroo remains synonymous with Australia’s best loved food.
This position is based in Melbourne and will report directly to the Marketing Manager. You will support the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns that are relevant to both consumers and restaurants. Successful campaigns that engages consumers will also drive order volume for restaurants.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across core business and Deliveroo Editions
· Work alongside the commercial team to identify suitable restaurant partners for campaigns
· Help manage restaurant partners and execute their restaurant marketing plans so that restaurants launch with Deliveroo successfully and continue to drive order volume
· Establish detailed project plans and coordinate the teams involved, ensuring customer service, operations and other relevant parts of the business are across campaign updates
· Work closely with internal departments to successfully deliver national marketing activity, including Commercial, Operations and Growth teams but also teams in Singapore and London HQ
· Work closely with external agencies (e.g. media agencies, PR agencies, events/activation agencies...etc.) to successfully deliver campaigns on time and achieve targets
· Collect and analyse data to inform upcoming campaigns and review campaign performance (order uplift, zone uplift, cost per incremental order...etc.) and inform upcoming campaign planning
· Own, manage and improve campaign processes between internal and external stakeholders
· Brief the content team to produce creatives that are on brand and deliver on campaign objectives
· Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, highlighting any variances
Requirements:
· 3+ years marketing or agency experience
· A self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude, comfortable with constant change
· A creative problem solver full of great ideas and can can think things through analytically
· Comfortable working with data and test & learn experiments
· Able to work and deliver results autonomously
· Good attention to detail and project management skills, adept at prioritising tasks
· Proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently
· A great communicator with an enthusiastic team spirit
· Ability to influence and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
