Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our fast growing company in Wakefield.
We are looking for a candidate with previous customer service experience who can provide excellent customer service by phone and over the trade counter.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:

Processing orders received by phone, fax, email and in person onto Sage Line 50

Supporting the Internal Sales Team

Advising customers on product information
Applicants must have the following requirements:
-
Excellent IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook

Excellent, clear and concise telephone manner

Demonstrable professional customer service skills

Experience in wood based sheet materials would be advantageous, but not essential, as training can be given

Quick learner with a proactive nature

Team Player
This role is a full time permanent position. You will be required to work on a rota basis covering the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm on a Saturday.
