Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our fast growing company in Wakefield.

We are looking for a candidate with previous customer service experience who can provide excellent customer service by phone and over the trade counter.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Processing orders received by phone, fax, email and in person onto Sage Line 50

  • Supporting the Internal Sales Team

  • Advising customers on product information

    Applicants must have the following requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Excellent, clear and concise telephone manner

  • Demonstrable professional customer service skills

  • Experience in wood based sheet materials would be advantageous, but not essential, as training can be given

  • Quick learner with a proactive nature

  • Team Player

    This role is a full time permanent position. You will be required to work on a rota basis covering the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm on a Saturday.
