In DECATHLON, the Footwear Industrial Division is responsible to develop, industrialize, produce and supply to our stores, and in collaboration with industrial partners, all typologies of footwear products for our passion brands. The Decathlon Footwear Industrial Division of Vietnam offers you this possibility, as a: QUALITY PRODUCTION LEADER FOOTWEAR.
As part of a dynamic team and strategic production plant, located in the city of Da Nang in Vietnam, for a 2-years-mission, you will be continuously required to interact with your supplier and internal customers.
Your mission:
You develop your supplier's expertise to produce quality footwear products within short lead-times and low cost.
Your responsibilities:
You carry out quality control on your supplier.
You enforce the social charter.
You ensure that environmental and toxicology rules are respected.
You are responsible for a regular control plan.
You evaluate and ensure the quality of your products.
You measure and correct discrepancies.
You explain and recommend changes.
Your profile:
You have a Passion for Sport and Footwear.
You help others to improve and you like to win as a team
You are adaptable and responsible, you achieve high quality production in a multicultural and industrial environment
Your pragmatism allows you to take the best decision in field taking into account several risk factors
Mature and organized, you endlessly strive to adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions to reach your goals.

Your competencies and background:
You speak English and French fluently
You have an engineering background, with ideally a major on shoe engineering
Experiences abroad in an industrial environment are a plus
