Poste et missions:
To industrialize our best sales in our factory located in Indonesia
this concerns between 5 and 10 models, mainly backpacks, sports bags and protection.
After a technical training, one month, given by the engineering teams of Villeneuve d'Ascq (north 59665), the challenge will be to develop the products in our factory located in central java (indonesia).
the major stages of the project:
- to counter the models to obtain their homologation in respect of the objectives of price
- by the optimization of the process of assembly and the optimization of the consumption of the components.
- set up a production line (line balancing, bottleneck management) and related visual management
- identify the technical skills needed by the operators
- create the animation of the rise in competence of the operators (routine skill matrix)
- create the animation of the follow-up of material consumptions
- set up quality monitoring of the line
- set up the Top 5 & Top 10 routines (problem and good practise sharing)
- create the animation of the follow-up of the efficiencies
- set up the indicator board of the line
- and take pleasure
Once the trial order has been successfully completed, the production will be monitored by another team.
The challenge will be to develop the product in the plant to ensure production in the best conditions, but the most important will be to make local teams autonomous on the process of industrialization.
Around you, a team of passionate (Indonesian and French) will accompany you to make you autonomous on the technical part and the operational excellence.
