Dayinsure.com Limited is an ambitious family owned internet based, insurance broker business, key partnered with Aviva and Allianz Insurance companies.

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting an additional Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services team.

Full Details

• Permanent role
• Immediate interviews
• Competitive salary up to 16k
• Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Objective

To build, develop and support our customer base to industry leading standards by providing an efficient telephone and email service to both retail and dealership customers, whilst logging all customer contact in line with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer enquiries on the telephone in line with company standards
• Receive and respond to customer emails in line with company standards
• Provide an efficient and professional service to connect customers over the telephone and via email
• Operate computer terminal, associated software and other office equipment to assist job role
• Assist with general/administrative tasks as required
• Understand the importance of data security and work within company guidelines
  
  Knowledge

• Educated to GCSE standard
• Knowledge of customer services principles & practices is desirable but not essential as full training will be given

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
