Missions:
- Follow up outbound sales leads and telemarketing to end users and prospective and existing resellers to strengthen the DataCore business relationship in cooperation with the channel Managers.
- Respond to inbound end user sales leads via DataCore website.
- Prospective Customer call ins, leads from events
- among other things reseller recruiting events
- general requests for onformation.
- Cooperation with the sales, technical, channel and field staff to promote sales.
- Report on the incoming calls and inquiries to the filed staff.
- Cooperate with and render support to the DataCore Marketing department and other functional groups.
- Navigate and train resellers on to best utilize the partner portal page.
- Develop close and good cross functional working relationships.
Profile:
- sales or technical background
- highly motivated
- good understanding in software defined Storage Solutions
- good in explaining technical details
- Fluent English, German is a plus
