SUMMARY
Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS Corporation is seeking an individual to provide technical support and an excellent customer experience to resellers and customers using our SOLIDWORKS Simulation and Flow Simulation products. This position is located in Woodland Hills, California USA.

Position DescriptionDescriptif du poste

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide telephone, email, and web-based technical support to SOLIDWORKS Simulation and Flow Simulation customers and resellers, primarily in the Americas region and occasionally also worldwide
• Enable customer success through building technical expertise though our reseller channel
• Work with R&D, product, and field teams to resolve customer support needs
• Be an active member of the online communities

RequirementsExigences

REQUIREMENTS
• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educational background in fluid dynamics, structural, civil, or other engineering disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and/or structural simulation
• Strong understanding of FEA/CFD theory and its real world applications
• Prior experience with SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation, SIMULIA, ANSYS, Fluent, Autodesk CFD, or and other CFD software packages
• Aptitude for troubleshooting a wide range of issues ranging from structural simulation analysis issues to software/network application performance issues
• Customer focused and motivated to provide the best customer experience possible
• Positive, self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm, and willingness to self-teach new advanced software functions
• Highly organized with critical attention to details and ability to multitask
• Very strong grammatically correct oral communication and writing skills
• Enjoys learning and sharing technical knowledge with team members
• Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
