Joining our Russian technical Sales team, you will be responsible for all Technical Sales Activities in related with Industrial Equipment solutions for Russia and CIS region. 





What will your job be? 



Your responsibilities will be the following: 





·  Articulate, demonstrate and prove the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform & Industry Solutions to our partners/ clients to support the revenue sales plan. 
·  Promote and demonstrate Value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform & Industry Solutions in alignment with Customer Value Models 
·  Drive Customer expectations to converge to Industrial Equipment solutions offers using the Value Engagement framework 
·  Qualify with Partner/Customer Demonstration/Proof of VALUE Use cases 
·  Contribute to Business Case evaluation and Software Proposal definition 
·  Contribute to the content of the Value Engagement expected deliverables, according to the different phases 
·  Adapt and promote new way to sale the platform 
·  Describe demonstration Use Cases in BPMN format 
·  Contribute to Value proposal content (benefits of the Target solution )  
·  Develop skills on new solutions and new releases (Industrial Equipment solutions) and pass Certification level 
·  Transfer skills by sharing technical knowledge internally and/or to partners 
·  Contribute to the DS Technical community for Capitalization/ knowledge sharing and publishing
The challenges ahead

With our direct Businesss Transformation Sales Channel, you will contribute to the Value Delivery Scope of Work through close collaboration with our Services organisation, and will support our partner when involved in a Tech Sales Engagement. 
Working with our indirect Value Solution Sales Channel, you will also train, coach, and support the introduction of new solutions. You will also support other Geos or organisation on specific technical domains or events if necessary, as well as ensuring technical support with the partner.



Your key success factors 





·  Master of Sciences in engineering or similar experience 
·  Strong industrial engineering background 
·  Strong knowledge in PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE/CAPP world 
·  Strong knowledge in business process, pain points and challenges in Industrial equipment companies 
·  Experience to transform Industrial equipment companies by implementing PLM technologies. 
·  Strong complex projects sales skills 
·  Very good presentation and communication skills 
·  Russia and fluent English skills 
·  Strong CAD/PLM user PLM system 
·  Business administration skills
·  This role will require travel.
