As a Solutions Consultant, you will be instructed and given hands on training on how to implement DELMIA Apriso. DELMIA Apriso enables manufacturers to transform global production operations to achieve and sustain production and operational excellence.
What will your role be?
· Learn DELMIA Apriso
· Author processes in Apriso using Process Builder Build interfaces and mapping using Apriso or third party tools
· Configure and develop
> extensions to the Apriso software suite
> interfaces to disparate external system and hardware
· Create appropriate technical designs based on functional specifications
· Develop appropriate technical and functional test plans and ensure quality of developed software
· Execution of system and integration testing at customer site together with customer
· Provide technical support for our products until transition to support
Your Key Success Factors
· Work onsite at our Long Beach California location
· Relocation package is provided
· Willingness and ability to travel - up to 75%
· Conferred Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or technical equivalent with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
· 1+ years post bachelor’s graduation of professional work experiences involving a Manufacturing Execution Systems MES or 6-12 months of internship, co-op, or summer employment experience working directly on a MES
· Ability and willingness to learn and self-teach DELMIA Apriso functions; instruction and coaching will be provided, but we want someone who goes after knowledge
· DELMIA Apriso experience or you have directly work with one of the following Manufacturing Execution Systems MES
> CAMSTAR, SIMATIC IT, Manufacturing Operations Management MOM
> GE Proficy
> FactoryTalk
> Mattec
> Brilliant Manufacturing Software
> Shopfloor-Online
> FactoryLogix
> SAP ME
> Oracle MES, Oracle OPM
> Solumina
> Other MES
· Some knowledge and/or willingness and ability to learn the following languages
> PLSQL (MS SQL Database) or TSQL (Oracle Database)
> JavaScript / AJAX
> HTML
> CSS
· Ability work independently and/or within a collaborative team structure, and learn how to engage our customers face to face and digitally
· Positive, self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
· Highly organized with critical attention to details
· Possess new technology curiosity and a history of self-technical education; you are not nervous about what you don’t know in technology, but excited about it due to your curiosity
· Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Strong communication skills in two parts: 1.) very strong writing skills utilizing the rules of English grammar; 2.) verbally clear, concise, and grammatically correct oral (speaking) communication skills in English
Plusses, not required
· Conferred Master or Ph.D. degree
· At least one additional language other than English, such as (but not limited to), French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, etc
· Advance knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint functions, and SQL
