Job description
• Provide pre-sales support by executing use case studies that are based on proven customer workflows. Package the results to create marketing presentation materials and product demonstrations.
• Assist with customer support for SIMULIA products by investigating and replicating customer issues. Resolve customer incidents in a timely manner through independent research and collaborating with team members.
• Perform high quality work on consulting projects. Assist with the communication to customers through the duration of the project to meet project goals according to a proposed schedule. Contribute to the project final report with well written, accurate, and well supported documentation.
• Participate in beta testing new features and functionality in SIMULIA products while documenting any issues that are identified so they can be easily replicated.
• Engage with academic institutions on joint projects

This paid internship position will assist Center of Excellence engineers in one or more of the following areas of responsibility.
This is a paid internship, full time 40 hours per week May 15, 2017 – August 25, 2017.
