The RDF Modeling team is focused on delivering the next generation of application services that will support application development across all DS brands. It is a small team of highly talented and dedicated individuals who are focused on definition and delivery of breakthrough modeling capabilities using W3C semantic technologies. The team is committed to use of agile methodologies and state-of-the-art development tools and processes.

Position DescriptionDescriptif du poste

This position describes the lead technical role for development of a relational storage engine for RDF, to complement various non-relational graph storage technologies in use at DS. This is a hands-on development role, assuming strong communication and coding skills and familiarity with industry standard languages/tools.

The applicant will be expected to define, develop, and deliver source code, unit tests, and documentation. The applicant will also be expected to work closely with owners of other graph/RDF engines to refine and leverage each other's work.

The position assumes a great deal of autonomy and responsibility in plotting the right path for this new technical component.
