3DVIA is one of the brands of Dassault Systèmes. Our ambition is to help consumers for important buying decisions for their life by delivering rich and addictive 3D experiences. Thanks to our ByMe platform and Home.by.me service, consumers can create the digital mock up of their home and use in different contexts with brands from the retail or real estate industries. 3DVIA is working with leading retailers like Kingfisher, Steinhoff or Adeo groups in Europe and China and wants to expand to North America.

This is a brand new role in this region for 3DVIA and we are looking for the first person placed to build this business from the ground up.
The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for maximizing the growth and expansion of 3DVIA and our products by developing broad and deep alliances with key partners. The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for evangelizing the market, directly targeting new and existing partners, building a shared vision and partner plan, and driving standards adoption leading to joint engagement in the field.
As one of the fastest growing enterprise start-ups in the world, it is essential that each team member in our organization can pivot, be dynamic, and wear multiple hats if needed. A successful Partner Success Manager at 3DVIA will be extremely sales oriented, with a broad understanding of the partner community and able to influence at all levels.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding brand within a leading software vendor and have a significant impact on the overall business of 3DVIA.

You will:
• Own the overall plan for business expansion mostly through strategic alliance partners in North America.
• Identify and target key strategic alliance partners.
• Engage alliance organisations – inspire and influence them to partner with 3DVIA and deliver joint propositions.
• Manage revenue targets, marketing campaigns and field engagement.
• Enable sales and technical capability within the partners.
• Create 3DVIA visibility and traction on the market.
• Act as a coordination point and main driver for joint sales activities between 3DVIA and Partners.
