Marketing Internship – Operations, Immediate Start through August 2017

Job description
• Produce the weekly inside sales measurement and dashboards
• Execute all of the local channel emails using the current Marketing execution systems, Neolane
• Manage and communicate weekly changes to the program campaign catalog and ensuring consistency with other repositories of this information
• Upload leads to Neolane and tracking their transfer to CRM system, Siebel
• Pull contact data from Neolane database for use in various marketing programs
• Manage newsletter distribution lists
• Other items for the team as they arise
This is a paid marketing internship, part time hours starting immediately, and then full time mid May through August 25, 2017.
The internship is based at Dassault Systèmes North American Headquarters at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, Massachusetts. There is a free shuttle bus service during the morning and evening commutes between the MBTA’s Red Line Alewife T stop and our office.
