As a License Compliance Intern, you will report to and support the Americas License Compliance Organization.
Your main responsibility will be participating in the protection of Dassault Systèmes intellectual property. You will be in charge of many of the back office operations to support the local License Compliance Investigators across all lines of business, such as research and case building by analyzing data, contributing to pipeline generation, updating and organizing information using DS' internal database. You will be expected to investigate potential License Compliance suspects by using specific DS tools as well as thoroughly searching the web. Additionally, this Intern will assist the Mexico License Compliance Investigator.

This is a paid internship available from July through December 2018, during the school year, we will design a schedule to accommodate your school schedule. . The Dassault Systèmes Americas Headquarters is located at 175 Wyman St, Waltham, Massachusetts office.
What will your role be?
You will work with a mentor from the License Compliance would like coach and guide you in learning the business and assigning you tasks. Work with a team of License Compliance Investigators to support and contribute to the strategies of the License Compliance program through assisting with the investigation, development and management of leads derived from information you develop and by external sources.
Part of your responsibility will include working with and supporting the work of our License Compliance Investigator in Mexico.
Your Challenges ahead
Participate in the protection of DS' Intellectual Property by assisting the License Compliance team Analyze the illegal and unauthorized use data of DS Software.
You will leverage a DS specific tool Manage, populate and maintain the License Compliance Tool and Case Management System in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage Lead creation and coordinate Opportunity conversion in DS' internal sales database.
Support the License Compliance Investigators in coordinating compliance letters being sent from our law firms.
Search the internet and gather relevant information and gather relevant information for investigations.
Analyze compliance data and utilize pivot tables to help present the data in a legible format.
Knowledge of office, IT and internet savvy, and Internet Engine search skills.
Ability to Prioritize, Keen Organization skills, Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, must be able to learn quickly on the job, and have great attention to detail. Must be able to carry on a business conversation in English.
