As an Inside Sales Representatives, you will ensure strong link between Sales Channels and Marketing to reach a sufficient degree of maturity in contact prospects based on Opportunity Management process
Role Description:
TELEMARKETING
Support variety of ongoing marketing campaigns from data gathering/verification, driving/verifying registration for events and fulfilling campaign deliverables (e.g. sending white papers, brochures)
Cover outbound lead (means from formula filled or download whitepaper / video / testimonial) : filled description, call contact and qualified lead to be dispatched to sales team (former lead brokerage activity).
Call out campaigns on specified Marketing Campaigns
Cover inbound lead (means chat / call from toll free number), answer call and chat to fill questioner call data and finalize to dispatch to proper Inside sales team for a full lead qualification
LEAD QUALIFICATION
Ensure profiling on Contact based on reliable information
Transform Open lead into Qualified Leads
Check contact & site information
Identify the needs and Customers Business Drivers – Direct customer or Partner contact
Build the Customer Value Model
Reject or assign them to the relevant sales manager / partner success management teams
Ensure when Lead is qualified is well on track with the Sales team until Opportunity Open in line with Value-Up Continuous Improvement – Lead Management and tracking with AE’s, Partners or PSM’s.
Participate to pipeline management on a weekly cadence
Background :
Degree qualified or relevant education (Business, Technology, Marketing)
2-4 years’ experience in Sales and/or IT and Software Solutions
Competencies:
Remote sales (by phone)
