The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:



Sales Activities:



•    Communicating directly with customers and prospects to resolve license infringement matters amicably  
•    Negotiating and reaching sales agreements that optimize revenue
•    Generating anti-piracy leads and opportunities for SOLIDWORKS Professional Channel Value-Added Resellers 
•    Working with the VARs where additional support is required for closing



Operational Activities:



•    Documenting case activity
•    Checking compliance orders for the appropriate number of seats & products, and if non-compliancy is identified, taking corrective actions with stakeholders
•    Managing and communicating periodic reports (number of cases, leads, POs, and seats, and products)
•    Tracking and monitoring revenue generated by anti-piracy leads and opportunities.



The Anti-Piracy Inside Sales candidate will support and contribute to the success of SOLIDWORKS Professional Channel sales by engaging in activities that result in the generation of anti-piracy leads involving companies and individuals who agree to purchase legal software to come into compliance.
