Due to the dynamic growth of our Krakow office, we are currently looking for candidates for a position:  Human Resources – Internship


What will your role be?
- The person at this position will have the opportunity to develop in the following - HR, Payroll, Recruitment related areas:
- Support the HR team in keeping personnel documentation, e.g. personnel files, medical     health check monitoring
- Drafting relevant contracts for new employees and renewal of the existing ones 
- Support in data recording in Payroll and HR systems 
- Support in keeping evidence of working time, annual leave and sick leave notes 
- Support in payroll preparation 
- Archiving HR and Payroll documents 
- Supporting candidate search on LinkedIn and other social and professional networks
- Preparation of an Onboarding pack which contains all required applications and documentation
- General support of HR team in day-to-day activities

Your key success factors:

- Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Very good communication skills
- Proficiency in communication in English language
- Willingness to learn and continually develop


Additional assets:

- Working knowledge of German language will be an asset
- Experience in HR area will be an asset
