Tasks
Education & Experience
BE/Btech in Electrical
or
ME/Mtech/M.S. in Electrical engineering with specialization in High voltage engineering /Power Systems / Power Electronics/Control Systems from NIT's or IIT's or reputed Universities with 3 to 5 years of experience in modelling and simulation of Electrical Systems
Skills ( M – Mandatory )
- (M) Good knowledge of modeling of high voltage electrical components(invertor, DCDC Converter, eMotor etc)
- (M) Good knowledge on charging systems (OBC, DCDC and WPT)
- (M) Good knowledge of physics based & databased mathematical modeling techniques
- (M) Exposure to powertrain components and vehicle simulation
- (M) Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
- (M) Good programming skills
- (M) MATLAB, Simulink programming
- Exposure to simulation tools like silver/avl/Dymola is desirable
- Ability to work independently
- German language skill is desirable
Job Responsibilities
- Powertrain simulations of high voltage systems in hybrid & electric cars
- Development of mathematical models either from physics or data of high voltage components (eMotor, DCDC converter, Inverter etc) in powertrain
- Developing/updating simulation environment to simulate complete vehicle with ECU software
- Parameterization of Models with test bench data
- Travel to customer location for few months/year
