Tasks

Mercedes-Benz Melbourne Airport has an exciting opportunity for an experienced stock controller to join their dealership in Tullamarine. This is a pivotal and key role within our sales team responsible for the preparation and display of all new and pre-owned vehicles, coordinating the delivery process and providing administration assistance to the sale department.

The main areas of responsibilities for the role include:
- Maintaining accurate stock lists;
- Sourcing stock to satisfy retail orders;
- Preparation of all new and Pre-owned deliveries
- Updating and maintaining delivery logs
- Completing all relevant paperwork

- Updating all Mercedes-Benz systems with regard to stock control and data entry

- Completing registration of vehicles and transfers
- Raising of Repair Orders and Invoices
- Maintaining and adhering to the best business practise for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

While these are key responsibilities, being part of a small team means you will need the flexibility in skills and attitude to be able to multi-task where necessary. You will be a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills. Working to tight deadlines, you will be experienced in problem solving and making decisions in a high pressure environment.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong customer focus, with a pro-active attitude and the ability to create a positive working environment. It is vital that you have previous Automotive stock control experience including experience with Pentana and knowledge of processes for Victorian roads registration is preferable.
