Tasks

Daimler Financial Services (DFS) supports the sales of Daimler Groups automobile brands with tailor-made financial services. The products extend from leasing, retail financing, and dealer financing to commercial fleet management, insurance solutions, banking services, and innovative mobility services, e. g. the car2go brand.
Daimler Financial Services operates in 40 countries. With more than 7,000 employees, the company services a contract volume of about 80 billion Euros.
You will take over the role as central Transfer Pricing responsible coordinator at DFS and provide methodical support and documentation as well as the worldwide communication of transfer pricing relevant topics.

Your tasks will be:
Ensure a target-group oriented communication with regards to transfer Pricing issues and create awareness for transfer pricing topics within the organization.
Central contact between DFS and central DAI Group Tax department incl. close reconciliation and alignment and attend to relevant central Transfer Pricing Meetings (method round table).
Central Tranfer Price Coordinator as international point of contact and support function for all entities.
BEPS responsible for DFS AG and coordinator worldwide.
Methodical support and reviewing of individual transfer pricing models.
Annual analysis of intercompany charges and reporting to central tax department.
Coordination of Transfer pricing team with representatives of relevant areas (IT, Accounting, Project
Controlling) and legal entities (MB Bank, Daimler Insurance Services, moovel) , including the organization and moderation of regular meetings.
Conduct the internal control system self-assessment for Transfer Pricing order to assess the organization, determination and documentation transfer prices and related process within DFS.
Sharing of best-practices with the organization.
Maintain contract database CIMS.
Ensure compliance of external, international tax requirements as well as all relevant internal corporate guidelines incl. proper documentation and follow-ups.
Ensure appropriate and proper monitoring regarding transfer pricing issues and keep entities up-to-date.

Qualifications

Education:
University degree in business administration or equivalent

Experience and specific knowledge:
3-5 years experience in Tax, Finance & Controlling, Compliance and/or Audit in the financial services environment

IT skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Language skills:
Fluent in English and German

Soft skills:
Team player with high service attitude and in the same time confident manner and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Driven, positive attitude and proactive approach
Analytical strength and solution-oriented working manner
Ability to identify process weaknesses and to abstract risks

This is a full-time job (also suitable for part-time)
