Tasks

� Have worked on VMS process � Have configured SAP-VMS integrating with PTP actions � Have basic knowledge on configuring of Function Modules � Have Configured action matrix(Actions, Status, vehicle usages..) in SAP-VMS � Have knowledge on Interfaces (ALE/PI) � Have working and troubleshooting knowledge of third party interface � Be able to read and de-code ABAP coding (added advantage) � Have basic understanding of Variant configuration, sales & distribution and Finance � Experience on working with support tools (BMS Remedy, HPSC, etc.,) � Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people in technical and non technical roles. Convert business requirements to application specific functional design and define clear test plans. � Co-ordinate with development team to realize the functional design. � Perform functional and integration tests to confirm solution design before deployment to productive environment. � Handle 3rd level support issues specific to the functional area with in the application. � Ensure high quality functional solutions from the supplier for enhancements and 2nd level support. � Ensure high quality documentation of the solutions. � Ensuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies. � Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder�s needs and requirements continuously in view
