Marketing Sales and Customer Services Trucks Asia
It is the Sales and Marketing teams who get our engineering innovations on to the road. We develop and future-proof our sales and service network, and determine the strategic orientation of key business processes. Customer satisfaction and market penetration are our top priorities. Key areas include strategic marketing and product management, sales, order management, market management, aftersales, marketing and communications, network development, management and support.
Overview of FUSO Academy
Objectives:
- Improve the knowledge and skill of retail staff for better business result (sales volume, revenue, efficiency) in Domestic market
- Support business partners in overseas markets by providing training for their trainers
Activities:
1. Monitor training demand in the market and study the training program to offer
2. Create training concept with contents, method and media
3. Deliver the training
4. Collect feedback and analyze them for improvement
Your Roles and Tasks
Overview of the position's duties (by importance/frequency):
1. ( 70%) Training delivery at SC/FDP (for Domestic) and GDs (for International)
2. ( 20%) Training concept creation
3. ( 10%) Communication and/or Q&A with SC/FDP, GD about sales related issues

Qualifications
Practical knowledge and experiences
-Driving license, preferably for HDT
-Good level of Word, Excel and Power Point (create training material, manage data)
-Good automotive knowledge, trucks preferably
Personal skill requirement
- Leadership skills
- Open minded, Customer oriented, Passion/Eagerness to challenges
- Motivated individual with a proactive attitude
Language skills
- Japanese level : Strong business level; able to create training material and deliver training
- English level : Business level; able to read and write emails, answer phone calls
