Tasks
As Operative Personnel Developer, you will work in close partnership with the HR team and be responsible for the assigned areas belonging to the whole spectrum field of Personnel Development. This ranges from offering management consultation to implementing demand-oriented personnel development measures.
Your tasks will be:
Personnel recruitment:
Supervising the process of employee recruitment and onboarding, the positioning of employee branding, HR marketing and securing the employment of future talent.
Personnel development:
Collaborative participation in integrating and sustaining leadership development (LEAD).
Collaborating participation during performance, potential und resource management as well as in the succession planning of managers during development planning.
Developing needs analysis, qualification and development initiatives (e.g. horizontal development paths).
Steering and evaluating interdisciplinary further training opportunities.
Personnel policy:
Supervising employee questionnaires (e.g. GPTW) and deriving measures.
Personnel management:
Steering the administration of further training opportunities (procurement-/billing process and event management).
Steering of external training providers and consultants.
Provisioning of HR data for Manager Self Service and reporting.
Provisioning of information and services from the Employee Portal and Shared Services Center.
Qualifications
Education:
Completed university degree with a relevant focus field or a professional vocational training with a suitable additional qualification
Experience and specific knowledge:
Several years of working experience in personnel development
Project experience required
Language skills:
Fluent proficiency in English
IT skills:
Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
Knowledge of using ePeople is preferable
Soft skills:
Ability to convince
Openness to change
Analytical ability und methodological know-how
Strong communication skills and an ability to cooperate with others
Excellent orientation towards customers and finding solutions
Ability to carry out consultation, strong conception and implementation skills
Pronounced negotiating skills
This is a full-time job (also suitable for part-time), temporary from 01.05.2016 to 31.12.2019
