Job description

Tasks

- As part of the Customer Lifecycle Management team you are responsible for setup, testing, evaluation and optimization of automated marketing campaigns across email, mobile and other channels
- You work with the marketing automation system, utilize customer segmentation and insights to define and implement logic, selection rules, content, and offers for multi-channel targeted automated campaigns in line with overall marketing strategy
- You are responsible for continued evolution and application of best practices around creative executions, effective calls to action, landing pages and template development
- You develop capabilities of the marketing automation tool, including customer data, workflow and content organization and interfaces with overall CRM landscape and channels
- Working in close collaboration with other teams, you leverage and develop different technical systems, define and implement processes and best practices to enable efficient and automated execution of campaigns

Qualifications

- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in an applied quantitative field or marketing with at least 2 years of experience in marketing technology and operations
- You have proven experience working with marketing automation tools (i.e. IBM Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Marketing Cloud or similar)
- You have excellent problem solving skills and ability to develop creative customer centric solutions in line with data analysis, customer insights and business objectives
- You can create unique and effective content for customer communication, and have technical experience in working with HTML/CSS
- You have experience of working with large datasets, handling and specifying data business requirements - knowledge of SQL and database experience is a plus
- You have working knowledge of marketing metrics, KPI tracking, ROI analysis and A/B testing
- You learn quickly on the go, are adaptable and able to work independently or in a team, showing initiative, introducing and implementing new ideas
- You are knowledgeable and passionate about the concept of flexible mobility
- You have fluent business German and English skills

This is a full-time job (also suitable for part-time)
