Job Descriptions
The Regional Manager is responsible in monitoring and improving Mitsubishi Fuso commercial vehicle dealers, branches and salesmen performance, particularly on Fuso SoM, Fuso Financial penetration rate, high return acquisition from risk-adjusted capital campaigns/deals and value chain services (Insurance & maintenance).
Target, performance management and Communication
- Executing structured communication with top dealer management/owner, sales management and sales staff in setting targets, performances, campaigns, sales measures and processes
- Communicating one-on-one to dealer top management/owner, sales management and sales staff about targets, performances and sales measures
- Creating presentations and analysis reports materials to support communication
- Corresponding to issues and complains from dealers and customers
Joint customer visits
- Visiting customers with low performing salesmen to negotiate to utilize financial services
- Acquiring financial statement and relevant information from customers when required by credit departments or sales support
- Execute key account management tasks for Fleet customers (Quotations, contract delivery, collection of documents, negotiation etc.).
Dealer Training
- Execute and support nation- wide dealer sales training program.
- Proactively communicating with dealers and DFSJ departments to improve sales measure ad process as well as developing ad hoc training according to low performing dealers and
Qualifications
Education & Work experience
- At least 3 years' financial business experiences
- Good c communication and negotiation skills
- Native Japanese Skills
- Business English Sk i lls
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of financial products
- Knowledge of Taxation and Accounting
- Knowledge of finance related regulation
- Business level IT skills (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Business level English Skill
