Tasks
TASIAP GmbH is a joint venture (JV) of Daimler AG with Aabar, an Arab investor. Algeria establishes in the country capacities for the manufacturing of Mercedes-Benz products under license. The task of TASIAP GmbH is it to support with the set-up and the capability of the local organization of the partner.
Therefor we provide an internship in our Project Management Office in Stuttgart.
Multi-project Management related tasks for the Algerian project, with 5 different Business Units, i.e. coordination of workshops, reporting of KPIs on a monthly basis, long term planning and revisions.
Your tasks involve:
- Key contact person in Stuttgart for our Key account personnel (which travels regularly to Algeria) and support in organizing and coordinating the various meetings/workshops in Europe, Algeria, Turkey and Mexico
- In charge of the reporting (travel management and weekly/monthly reports) for the GmbHs Operations Dept.
- Preparation of all official communication to Business Partners
- Interface with other Project Management Offices
- Organization of cross-unit workshops (off-site)
- Coordination of internal project meetings incl. preparation and minutes
Qualifications
Branch of study: Economy or Industrial engineering (in German, Betriebswirtschaftslehre or Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
IT knowledge: MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language skills: English, French and German fluent in spoken and written
Personal skills: High degree of independence, self-initiative, creativity and communication skills, high willingness and reliability
This is a full-time job. (also suitable for part-time)
